Chief Tarno's EZ Hose Roller

After 34 years in the fire service and having to role hose for many of those years, including now as a Fire Instructor globally, I enjoy the ease of rolling hose after the fire, and at the end of the training session. The Chief Tarno EZ Hose Roller is a patented tool designed by me for the firefighter to assist in reducing back and neck injuries and overall fatigue when it is time to roll hose.

The hose roller measures 5’6” long (66 inches total length), and will fit in most compartments on your apparatus. This unit is made from a 5/8” solid steel rod, collar, and pegs that are the proprietary makeup that allows for such a safe and easy way to role your hose. Our Model# “EZHR”® will complete the rolling for all sizes of hose from: 1-1/2” to 6”, cotton jacket and rubberized hose sections. (one tool doing multiple jobs) The EZ Hose Roller is also suited for all industrial fire hose of all types and manufacturers.
